Now that you’ve leased your new property, we want you to think of it as your own. During the term of your lease, you have full responsibility for the house and yard, with the same obligation to care for and maintain the premises as you would if you were the owner.
But if you have a maintenance or repair issue, we can help. Just click on the Tenant Portal button to the left of this page, log in to your account, and let us know what issues you’re having. We’ll make sure a vendor gets in touch with you.
You can also click on the Tenant Portal and pay your rent online, which is a fast and convenient way to ensure that your rent, which is due on the first day of each month, is paid on time. Remember, putting the rent in the mail on the 1st does not constitute payment. The rent must be physically received by the 1st day of the month to be considered paid.
Our online payment option is available to you as a convenience.
